I live in Los Angeles, how much is delivery?
Default ground-floor delivery pricing is available during checkout, however please feel free to ask for a personalized quote based on your zipcode. We also recommend using Dolly or Lugg apps to compare quotes.
Can I arrange to have my own courier/delivery service pick up the item from you?
Absolutely! We are happy to accommodate and are available to help load the item. It is good to ensure that your service provider has all of the necessary items to transport the item safely (i.e. moving blankets, straps, etc.). Once the item is paid for and loaded into the vehicle, we are not liable for any damage to the item during transportation. No refunds will be given if the item is damaged with your own delivery service.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, and you can checkout with PayPal as well.
Do you accept returns?
No. The item must be accepted or rejected at or before the time of purchase. We encourage you to come see and experience the item in person first. If that is not possible, please request more photos and ask any questions that will aid you in the decision-making process.
