At this time, we are limited to brief viewing and pick up appointments. If possible, please purchase online ahead of time. If you need delivery please reach out with your zip for a quote. I live in Los Angeles, how much for delivery?
Most items can be delivered locally for an additional $40-$120. Please contact us with your zip code for a quote, and mention any stairs or parking specifics. We also recommend checking out the Lugg app.

We offer two types of delivery services.  For curbside deliveries, be prepared with your own help to carry it from the vehicle, inside. For carry-up delivery, we will bring the item inside to your desired location.

I want to pick up the item but am being charged shipping!
Use the code LOCALPICKUP during checkout to remove shipping charges, leave a note letting us know when you plan to pick up. Our address is 13709 Cordary Ave. #18 Hawthorne, CA 90250.

Can I arrange to have my own courier/delivery service pick up the item from you?
Yes, we are happy to accommodate and are available to help load the item. It is good to ensure that your service has all of the necessary items to transport the item (i.e. moving blankets, ratchet straps, etc.). Once the item is paid for and loaded into the vehicle, we are not liable for any damage to the item during transportation. No refunds will be given if the item is damaged with your own delivery service.

I want to purchase but can't pick up until a later date, do you charge for storage?
We hold the item after purchase for 14 days, after that there is a $10 per item per week charge.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and all major credit cards. Please make an appointment if you'd like to see or buy the item in person.

I'm not in Los Angeles, do you offer shipping?
Yes, via uship. Please contact us for a specific quote as the price reflected in the listing may be higher if you are on the West Coast. Text us at (323) 834-9994 with any questions.

Do you accept returns?
No. The item must be accepted or rejected at or before the time of purchase. We encourage you to come see and experience the item in person first.  If that is not possible, please request more photos and ask any questions that will aid you in the decision-making process. We do not want to sell you something you are unsure of as we do not accept returns.

How is vintage furniture made?
Vintage furniture is made from a combination of structural elements and decorative elements. Structural elements include the body of the item, usually plywood, engineered wood, MDF or solid wood (usually poplar, pine or fir). The decorative elements consist of veneers made from thin slices of more expensive solid woods such as walnut, teak, oak, cherry, mahogany and even metals. Note: When a piece of furniture is described as solid wood, that signifies wood veneer over solid wood. When a piece is described as solid walnut, or solid maple that means there is no veneer.
