COVID-19 update (4/2022)
At this time, we are holding viewing and pick up appointments at our warehouse in Hawthorne, CA. For convenience, please purchase online ahead of time unless you need to see the item in person first. We are always available via text if you'd like additional photos/info. If you need delivery please reach out with your zip for a quote. We are also happy to help guide you through any home restoration projects you may have. We truly appreciate your business!

I live in Los Angeles, how much for delivery?
Delivery pricing is available at checkout. We also recommend using Dolly or Lugg apps to compare quotes. 

I want to pick up the item but am being charged shipping.
Use the code LOCALPICKUP during checkout to remove shipping charges, leave a note letting us know when you plan to pick up. We are by appointment only and our address is 13709 Cordary Ave. #18 Hawthorne, CA 90250. Please let us know via text when you're able to come by.

Can I arrange to have my own courier/delivery service pick up the item from you?
Yes, we are happy to accommodate and are available to help load the item. It is good to ensure that your service has all of the necessary items to transport the item (i.e. moving blankets, ratchet straps, etc.). Once the item is paid for and loaded into the vehicle, we are not liable for any damage to the item during transportation. No refunds will be given if the item is damaged with your own delivery service.

I want to purchase but can't pick up until a later date, do you charge for storage?
We hold the item after purchase for 14 days.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and you can checkout with PayPal as well. Please make an appointment if you'd like to buy the item in person.

I'm not in Los Angeles, do you offer shipping?
Yes. Text us at (323) 834-9994 with any questions or if you need a specific quote.

Do you accept returns?
No. The item must be accepted or rejected at or before the time of purchase. We encourage you to come see and experience the item in person first. If that is not possible, please request more photos and ask any questions that will aid you in the decision-making process.
