How do I make an appointment to arrange a viewing?

Click here to make an appointment, at this time we offer viewings at our warehouse in Hawthorne, CA. 

For convenience, you can purchase online ahead of time, feel free to ask for additional photos if you do not plan on viewing the item before purchase. If you need delivery please reach out with your zip for a quote. As always, please feel free to text us at (323) 834-9994 with any questions.

Why are you appointment only?
Our studio and warehouse are not at the same location, typically we are in the area and can meet on short notice but sometimes we are out sourcing inventory. Give us a call if you're in the area or plan ahead with an appoinment.

I live in Los Angeles, how much for delivery?
Delivery pricing is available during checkout. We also recommend using Dolly or Lugg apps to compare quotes. 

I want to pick up the item but am being charged shipping.
Use the code LOCALPICKUP during checkout to remove shipping charges. You can leave a note letting us know when you plan to pick up or we will reach out via text to schedule a time.

Can I arrange to have my own courier/delivery service pick up the item from you?
Yes, we are happy to accommodate and are available to help load the item. It is good to ensure that your service has all of the necessary items to transport the item (i.e. moving blankets, straps, etc.). Once the item is paid for and loaded into the vehicle, we are not liable for any damage to the item during transportation. No refunds will be given if the item is damaged with your own delivery service.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and you can checkout with PayPal as well. Please make an appointment if you'd like to buy the item in person with cash.

I'm not in Los Angeles, do you offer shipping?
Yes. Text us at (323) 834-9994 with any questions or if you need a specific quote for out of state delivery.

Do you accept returns?
No. The item must be accepted or rejected at or before the time of purchase. We encourage you to come see and experience the item in person first. If that is not possible, please request more photos and ask any questions that will aid you in the decision-making process.
