Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy outlines the delivery and pickup options available when purchasing from Iridium Interiors. Because we specialize in large vintage furniture, delivery arrangements are handled individually for each order.
1. Local Delivery — Los Angeles Area
We offer local ground-floor delivery for customers in the Los Angeles area. If default delivery pricing is not already calculated at checkout based on your location please reach out.
For a personalized delivery quote based on your specific zip code or delivery requirements, please contact us directly before completing your purchase.
Delivery is to ground floor only unless otherwise arranged in advance. Additional fees may apply for stairs, elevators, or special handling.
2. White Glove and Blanket-Wrap Delivery
We use blanket-wrap delivery services to ensure your furniture arrives safely with minimal packaging waste. We are proud to eliminate unnecessary packaging materials as part of our commitment to sustainability.
We occasionally use shrink wrap and tape for additional protection where necessary, but packaging waste is kept to an absolute minimum.
3. Third-Party Delivery — Arranged by Buyer
You are welcome to arrange your own courier or delivery service to pick up your item from our warehouse. We are happy to assist with loading.
If you arrange your own delivery, please ensure your provider brings:
- Moving blankets
- Straps and tie-downs
- Any other equipment needed to transport the item safely
Important: Once the item has been paid for and loaded into the delivery vehicle, Iridium Interiors is not responsible for any damage that occurs during transportation. No refunds will be issued for items damaged during third-party delivery.
We recommend comparing delivery quotes using the Dolly or Lugg apps.
4. Warehouse Pickup
Local pickup is available from our warehouse in Hawthorne, CA by appointment:

5. Nationwide and Long-Distance Shipping
For customers outside the Los Angeles area, we can accommodate long-distance shipping arrangements. Please contact us for a custom quote. We work with trusted couriers experienced in handling vintage furniture.
6. Smaller Items — Boxed Shipping
For smaller items that can be shipped in a box, we use 99% upcycled packaging materials diverted from the waste stream, in keeping with our sustainability values.
Shipping costs for boxed items are calculated at checkout or provided upon request.
7. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the delivery method chosen. We will coordinate a specific delivery date and window with you directly after purchase.
8. Damage During Delivery
If you receive an item that was damaged during a delivery arranged by Iridium Interiors, please document the damage with photographs immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours at (323) 834-9994 to open a case.
Damage that occurs during delivery arranged by the buyer is the responsibility of the buyer and their chosen delivery provider. Please review Section 3 above.
9. No Returns
All sales are final. Please review our full Terms and Conditions and inspect items thoroughly before purchase. We encourage in-person viewings and are happy to provide additional photos or video upon request.
