Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a purchase from Iridium Interiors. By completing a purchase through iridiuminteriors.com, Etsy, Chairish, or in person, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. About Us

Iridium Interiors is a vintage furniture business based in Hawthorne, California. We source, restore, and sell high-quality vintage and heirloom furniture. Viewings are available by appointment at our warehouse at 13709 Cordary Ave, Hawthorne, CA 90250.

2. All Sales Are Final — No Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

Before completing a purchase, we strongly encourage you to:

• Visit our warehouse in person to view the item
• Request additional photos or video if an in-person visit is not possible
• Ask any questions you may have about condition, dimensions, or materials

The item must be accepted or rejected at or before the time of purchase. Once payment has been made, the sale is considered final.

3. Item Condition

All items sold by Iridium Interiors are vintage and previously owned. As such, items may show signs of age, wear, or previous repairs consistent with their history. We document known imperfections in our listings and photographs. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the condition as described and depicted at the time of sale.

4. Payment

We accept the following forms of payment:

• Major credit cards (processed via Stripe)
• PayPal (via our website checkout)
• Cash (in-person transactions only)
• Venmo or Zelle (in-person transactions only)

Full payment is required before an item is released for pickup or delivery.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Default ground-floor delivery pricing is available at checkout for local deliveries. For custom delivery quotes based on your zip code, please contact us directly.

We also recommend comparing quotes using third-party delivery apps such as Dolly or Lugg.

6. Third-Party Delivery — Buyer Responsibility

If you arrange your own courier or delivery service, the following terms apply:

• You are responsible for ensuring your delivery provider has appropriate equipment including moving blankets, straps, and padding
• Once the item has been paid for and loaded into the delivery vehicle, Iridium Interiors is not liable for any damage that occurs during transportation
• No refund or replacement will be provided for items damaged during third-party delivery

7. Warehouse Viewings and Appointments

Our warehouse is available for viewings by appointment only. We are frequently sourcing inventory or working on restorations, so advance notice is required. To schedule a viewing, please contact us via text at (323) 834-9994.

Remote viewings and video walkthroughs are available upon request.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on iridiuminteriors.com including photographs, text, and branding is the property of Iridium Interiors and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iridium Interiors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of any item. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from a purchase shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
